Fly the Skies With this New USS Enterprise Drone
The company Spin Master is known for its Air Hogs RC line drones on the remote control and has already developed Star Wars Quadcopter, which are replicas of the Millennium Falcon and X-Wing Starfighter aircraft.
At the recent Toy Fair Air Hog presented latest creation which is dedicated to Star Trek, and in particular of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-A drone. It is not entirely faithful replica of the NCC-1701 from the original TV series, but is more like aircraft in the first six films, as you can see in this video.
Of course, due to the rotor drive system the ship has been sacrificed a good deal of authenticity, but all the main elements are there, like the bridge at the top of the window, the name and serial number.
Besides, Spin Master’s drone added some sound effects, including sounds phasers and warp drive. Unfortunately, the drone does not have a camera, so it can not be used for anything other than playing, but we believe that for the fans of Star Trek this pose the least problem.
